Zaasna, started in 2018, is a prop-tech enterprise geared towards disrupting the real estate industry by creating a unique, transparent, convenient and one stop Real Estate Transaction Platform for consumers. This first of its kind solution is built by a team of IIT-IIM professionals, experienced in real estate investment, marketing and technology. Zaasna is built on the premise of leveraging latest technological advancement to develop the transaction platform, where a buyer can search all listed properties, select the property and house, schedule site visit, apply for home loan on the platform.
The Zaasna team offers over 50 years of combined experience in real estate, sales and all facets of real estate. The company is managed by highly qualified professionals who are fully engrossed to ensure that the company maintains its high standards in quality and customer satisfaction.
Zaasna believes that owning a home should be easy and fun and aims to be the champion of the homeowner by being a full stack enterprise in the real estate sector. The company, currently bootstrapped, has already onboarded 10 of the most popular developers in Bengaluru and looks forward to raise funds in the next few months.

Arvind Kadam
Co Founder and CEO
Arvind Kadam has nearly two decades of experience working across industries ranging from real estate, retail, investment banking and engineering and juggled roles such as corporate planning, quantitative research and sales. His experience in working across geographies and multi-locational teams in Europe, Middle East, the US and Hong Kong has equipped him with excellent sense of human behaviour and he is usually known as a great motivator.
With a deep understanding of real estate, finance and technology, he aims at disrupting the home buying process by leveraging latest innovations and change the perception of the industry. An entrepreneur by mindset, Arvind has worked closely in Indian real estate looking after fund raising, project marketing and advisory. He has worked with HCL Technologies and Infosys before the entrepreneurial bug bit him.
Arvind is an engineering graduate from the University of Delhi and an IIM Bangalore alumni. You would find him reading non-fiction during his leisure.
Vibhor Mehra has over two decades of experience in management consulting and equity investment. He was with SAIF Partners from 2004-2011 where he led some of their landmark investments including MakeMyTrip (NASDAQ: MMYT), Justdial (NSE: JUSTDIAL) and One97/ Paytm. He is also a regular investor in public and private Indian enterprises as well as alternative asset classes. His expertise lies in the technology domain and focuses on investment opportunities in consumer services, telecom, internet, media, financial services, and education sectors.
Vibhor also advises a series of early stage enterprises undergoing structural transformation in India. At Zaasna, he is instrumental in guiding the team in evolving business strategy, scaling up the tech stack, securing investment opportunities and expanding operations across regions.
Vibhor is a Gold Medalist from IIM Bangalore and holds an Engineering Degree in Computer Science from Delhi Institute of Technology, where he secured the top rank.

Mr Arvind Pahwa
Arvind Pahwa is a real estate industry veteran with over 35 years of experience covering aspects including development, corporate real estate, acquisition, investments, fund management and asset management. He has had extensive exposure to handling offshore and domestic real estate funds and is currently engaged with NBFC, a large financial platform investing in Real estate sector. He was previously associated with an array of enterprises such as Lokhandwala Constructions, Reliance, SARE, Piramal Capital, and Trikona Trinity Capital PLC. He has also served as the MD of JP Morgan between 2006 and 2009.
Arvind is a Masters Degree holder in Management Studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai and completed his B.Sc. in Physics from Delhi University. He was also instrumental in setting up the Indian School of Business (ISB) campus in Hyderabad as part of the building subcommittee.
Mr Lalit Singh
Lalit is high performing technology and operations executive with proven experience running and scaling complex operations, driving growth initiatives, digital transformations and mergers and divestitures in Fortune 50 organizations. He is the COO of Udacity, USA.
Prior to Udacity, Lalit led first in industry transformation of highly complex IT applications and processes for HPE's $3B software business; moved the business from old-school/legacy, on-premise, and disjointed systems to seamless and scalable cloud-based architecture powered by 20 best-in-class SaaS applications.
Lalit spent 12 years at EDS, HP, HPE, and Micro Focus across a range of roles including VP and COO for HPE's $2B Cloud business, VP Operational Performance driving the largest split (HP into HPE and HPI) in the industry, Finance Controller of $300M operations organization, Senior Director and Strategy Leader for $20B Enterprise Services business. During this time Lalit drove $1 Billion+ bottom line impact for the company.
In addition to working at large scale enterprises, Lalit has a lot of experience advising and mentoring several technology start-ups and accelerators.
Lalit received his MBA from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad India and prior to MBA, he spent six years with GE Healthcare is roles across product development, lean six sigma, and customer service. Lalit lives in San Francisco Bay Area, California with his wife and two boys.
Mr Mohit Garg
Mohit is an engineer at heart, consultant by training and a serial entrepreneur by profession. He is the co-founder and CEO of Oloid.AI, a computer vision platform that helps business improve employee safety, security and productivity.
His previous tech venture, MindTickle, an AI-enabled sales enablement software company, has been recognized as the top 50 SaaS companies in the US. Prior to embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Mohit served as a Director at PwC, where he was instrumental in charting out the twenty-year global strategy for the PwC network of firms. Mohit was awarded "Entrepreneur of the Year" by Startup Leadership Program (SLP) in 2012.
Mohit had a successful consulting career at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, which was later acquired by PwC. He has worked with clients across the globe and consulted in industries such as Telecom, Media, Public Sector, Real Estate, Publishing and Internet Technology.
Mohit is considered an expert and authority on telecoms, networking, AI and Internet-of- Things (IoT). Mohit regularly blogs about sales enablement and AI. He holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA degree from the Indian School of Business.
Mr Ananth Narayanan
Having earned MSc in 1975 from IIT Bombay, Ananth began his career immediately on graduation as an entrepreneur, pursuing interest in Foundry Engineering and specializing in the area of manufacturing import substitute High Alumni Monolithic Refractories for the Ferrous and Non-Ferrous melting practices.
In 1993, founded a software company to develop specific inventory management applications for Wipro, Compaq and Digital Equipment.
In 2000, founded the Maruthi-IT.com Ltd in Bangalore as a product software company specializing in ERP solutions for the Trading practices and e-Governance applications for the Government.
He has been associated with alumni activity and has served the IIT Bombay Alumni Association as one of its Director; First President of the IIT Bombay Alumni Association, Bangalore Chapter; Secretary - Advisory Committee of Seva Sadan, Bangalore, a shelter for the needy.
Currently the Vice President of IIT Alumni Centre, Bengaluru, a centre for bringing IITs, industry, and Government together to address issues that impact the future of society.
Has been presented with the Distinguished Service Award by IIT Bombay in 2004.

This Privacy Policy is to serve as a testament to our sincere efforts to uphold privacy laws.

the Company including the Personal Information is (i) performance of the Services in accordance

However, the nature of our business mandates that we send your email and mailing addresses to the Real Estate Developer for the fulfilment of a transaction. We do not sell the information nor do we track any subsequent communications from the Developer to users outside of the Platform.
We do use agents, service providers and other third parties to provide some services on our site. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes then those described below:
Developers:
Post your purchase of a Property from the Portal we need to share your information (specifically your name, email address, and more, if required) with the Developers to ensure delivery of your House/Plot. Developers may choose to occasionally send you promotional materials, however you may choose to not receive them by selecting to unsubscribe from such promotional activities, provided the publisher in question has an unsubscribe option.
The Company may also process any Personal Information or Usage Information collected from you for legitimate commercial purposes including providing Services. The Company implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk of our processing of information about individuals such as (i) only sharing and providing access to your information to the minimum extent necessary, subject to confidentiality restrictions where appropriate, and on an anonymised basis wherever possible; (ii) using secure servers to store your information; (iii) verifying the identity of any individual who requests access to information prior to granting them access to information; and (iv) using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software or other similar encryption technologies to encrypt any payment transactions you make on or via our website.
Right of a user in relation to data submitted:

Financial Institutions
The Platform offers a service to link buyers of Real Estate Properties to financial institutions that finance such purchases. To this end, we need to share certain details with the financial institution to ensure clear negotiations and best deals. The financial institution(s) may choose to occasionally send you promotional materials, however you may choose to not receive them by selecting to unsubscribe from such promotional activities, provided the publisher in question has an unsubscribe option.
The Company does not share any Personal Information with any third party without your consent, except when directed by the law. The Company can use this data to verify user identity in line with engagement initiated by the user. The domain name zaasna.com(hereinafter referred to as "Platform") is owned by Zaasna Proptech Private Limited, registered under the Company's Act, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as "Company" or "Zaasna" or "zaasna" having its registered address at 520, 24th Main, H.S.R. Layout, Sector-2, Bangalore - 560 102 Karnataka, India
For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires "You" or "User" shall mean any legitimate person who is viewing/browsing the Platform and/or has agreed to avail the Services provided through the Platform by providing the required information while registering on the Platform. The term "We", "Us", "Our", "Zaasna", used in these Terms shall mean Zaasna Proptech Private Limited. The term "Developer" shall mean any builder or construction company that is involved in the construction and sale of "Real Estate Projects". Real Estate Project shall include but not be limited to residential apartments, commercial real estate and retail projects, that are constructed by the Developer and marketed and sold on the Platform as single or multiple House(s)/Plot(s).
ACCEPTANCE TO TERMS OF USE
The use of this Platform by You is solely governed by
these Terms of Use ("Terms" or "Terms of Use") and any
policy/terms so mentioned by terms of reference. Browsing the
Platform or use of the services offered through the Platform
shall be taken to mean that You have read and agreed to Terms
of Use so binding in You and that You are contracting with
Zaasna and have undertaken binding obligations with Zaasna.
By impliedly or expressly accepting these Terms of Use, You
also accept and agree to be bound by Privacy Policy available
at www.zaasna.com\privacypolicy, which may be amended from
time to time.
You will be subject to the
rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable
to any service that is provided by this Platform, and they
shall be deemed to be incorporated into this Terms of Use and
shall be considered as part of Terms of Use.
AMENDMENT/MODIFICATION OF
TERMS/SERVICES
We hold the sole right to
modify the Terms of Use of our Marketplace without prior
permission from You or informing You. The relationship creates
on You, a duty to periodically check these Terms and stay
updated on its requirements. If You continue to browse/use the
Platform following such a change, this is deemed as consent by
You to the so amended policies. However, we shall inform You of
any material changes made to our Terms of Use via email from
time to time.
Zaasna, reserves its right
to withdraw wholly or partly, without assigning any reason, any
of Services offered through the Platform with or without any
notice.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Zaasna Proptech Private Limited is an online Marketplace that
offers an array of services including but not limited to
listing of Real Estate Projects on the Platform for sale,
facilitating buying / selling of Real Estate Projects,
assisting in creation of online banking accounts, facilitation
provision of legal due diligence and facilitation of home loans
to purchase various properties and facilitation of site visits
through its vendors ("third party vendors"). The services
offered by Zaasna/third party vendors may be availed by both
individuals and organizations such as builders or brokers. By
using the Platform, You as an individual user or Buyer
understand and agree that:
Zaasna has, to its best ability and in right intention, independently verified the bonafides of the Developer and the projects listed by the Developer. However, all Real Estate Project or Developer related information posted on the Platform has been furnished by the Developer and Zaasna does not stand guarantee for the quality or merchantability of the listed Real Estate Project or any individual House/Plot or part thereof or any other representation made by the Developer. Prior to purchasing any House/Plot in the Projects listed on the Platform, You agree to conduct Your own independent due diligence to satisfy Yourself of all representations / claims made by the Developer on the Platform. You specifically discharge Zaasna from any liability in relation to misrepresentation or any collateral damage arising out of usage of such material. You further agree to inform Zaasna of any case of fraud that is perpetrated or sought to be perpetrated against You by the Developer.
You fully understand that Zaasna is only an aggregator of Real Estate Projects and to this end agree to not file any claims against Zaasna for any claim or representation made by the Developer on the Platform. Zaasna shall not be made a party to any dispute pertaining to any misrepresentation by the Developer.
You authorize Zaasna and its business associates, partners and/or affiliates to call, SMS or email You in connection with Your transaction or for offering other products and services and You agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. You will from time to time and when required, receive all acknowledgments, receipts and contracts through various media including email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc. and the same will also be available at all times on Your Customer Dashboard on the Platform. You may also receive a physical copy of certain transaction related documents like booking form, allotment letter, sales confirmation, etc. A receipt of all payments will be provided by the Developer only, immediately after signing the Sales Confirmation.
REGISTRATION OBLIGATION AND
MEMBERSHIP
In order to avail the various
Services offered by us, You are required to register with
Zaasna. The membership of this Platform is available only to
those above the age of 18 barring those Incompetent to Contract
which inter alias include insolvents and the same is not
allowed to minors as described by the Indian Contract Act,
1872. If You are a minor and wish to browse/use the Platform,
You may do so through Your legal guardian and Zaasna reserves
the right to terminate your account on knowledge of You being a
minor and using the membership of the Platform. However, You
are not allowed to negotiate the purchase of any listing on the
Platform.
You are solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of Your username and password and any activity under the account will be deemed to have been done by You. You agree to: a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about Yourself as prompted by the sign up process; and b) maintain and promptly update the information provided during sign up to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. In the event You provide us with false and inaccurate details or Zaasna has a valid reason to believe that false and inaccurate information has been furnished, we hold the rights to permanently suspend Your account and levy penalty. You further agree that by filling up and signing the transaction related documents including the booking form, the allotment letter, the Sales Confirmation, etc. with the Developer , as defined on the Platform, You represent that all information provided by You is genuine and compliant with all statutory norms in force within the territory of India at the time of the signing of the Sales Confirmation.
You also agree that the sharing of the information by You shall allow Zaasna to use this information for document creation and transfer of funds. You agree that costs pertaining to any incorrect information provided by You shall solely be Yours and Zaasna shall not be held liable for the same.
You also agree that the information provided by You shall be used by Zaasna for providing periodic updates to You through the Platform and other electronic media.
STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE AND
PAYMENT OBLIGATION

a transaction on the Zaasna Platform and their respective
payment obligations have been clearly set out here under.
A summary of the terms and conditions applicable to the various steps in a transaction are set out here under and the same shall be detailed out and put forth for Your express acknowledgement during various stages of Your transaction as applicable on Zaasna.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Third Party SERVICES
The platform facilitates Home Loan processing with the help of various financial institutions and a logistics partner to make the home loans process seamless and simple for You. While the platform facilitates the process, Home Loans are provided by the financial institutions, and the You acknowledge that the contract for availing of a home loan is solely between You and the financial institution selected by You. Zaasna does not guarantee the disbursal of home loans from any of its partners nor does it guarantee the quantum or terms of any loan. Zaasna shall not be held liable in case of any dispute between You and the financial institution and You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zaasna, its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim, cost, expense, judgment or other loss incurred by Zaasna due to violation of the terms and conditions contained in this Terms by You.
The Platform facilitates the Legal Due Diligence process with the help of various reputed Law Firms to make the Legal Due Diligence process seamless and simple for You. You may choose to engage with these Law Firms at your own discretion. While the Platform facilitates the process and You pay the legal due diligence fee through the Platform, Legal Due Diligence services are provided by the Law Firms as independent third parties and You acknowledge that the contract for availing due diligence services is solely between you and the Law Firm selected by you. Zaasna is neither a party to nor stands guarantee to the correctness of representations made by the Law Firms to You. You agree to conduct as far as possible, your own independent research and Due Diligence on the Real Estate Property and are under no obligation to have Die Diligence conducted by the Law Firms listed on the Platform.
REGULATION OF USAGE OF PLATFORM
The User agrees and undertakes not to reverse engineer, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or software obtained from the Platform.
You agree not to use the Platform (including, without limitation, any Services You may obtain through Your use of the Platform):
Without limiting the foregoing, You may not list or sell any prohibited / banned items in the Market Place.
TERMINATION OF REGISTRATION
Without limiting any other remedies, Zaasna may terminate Your account if (a) You are found or suspected to have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the use of the Platform, (b) we are of the opinion that You have breached these Terms or such other reasons as deemed fit by Zaasna with or without assigning any reasons/evidence thereof. (c) You attempt to approach the Developer directly to purchase any listed House/Plot on the Real Estate Project featured on the Platform. If it is found that there You have attempted to do the same, then Your registration shall be terminated immediately along with the Developer's and Zaasna shall reserve the right to seek any other remedy available in law against both You and the Developer (d) You are found to be using foul language.
COMMUNICATION FROM ZAASNA:
As part of the requirement for regular information dissemination, related to transactions as well new features, from Zaasna to registered members, we may need to communicate with You via e-mail (see our Privacy Policy to learn more about communications). You agree to receive e-mails which are specific to your account and necessary for the normal functioning of the the Platform, including one or more welcome e-mails which help inform new users about various new features introduced by Zaasna. By becoming a registered member of Zaasna and/or using the Platform for a transaction, you agree to receive certain communication from Zaasna. You hereby confirm that, you do not have any objection to receiving emails, messages (SMS or any other mode) and calls from Zaasna, its group companies, affiliates and subsidiaries. This consent shall supersede any preferences set by you with or registration done with the Do Not Disturb (DND Register)/ National Customer Preference Register (NCPR).
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All logos, brands, trademarks and service marks ("Marks") appearing in Platform are the properties either owned or used under license by Zaasna. All rights accruing from the same, statutory or otherwise, wholly vest with Zaasna. The access to this Platform does not confer upon you any license or right to use in respect of these Marks and therefore the use of these Marks in any form or manner, whatsoever is strictly prohibited. Any violation of the above would constitute an offence under the prevailing laws of India.
Zaasna respects the Intellectual Property Rights of all, it has and will continue to adhere to all the laws applicable in India in this respect. Zaasna shall respect the Intellectual Property Rights of the users as well as third parties. In a case where a User/s are found to be using Platform as a platform to infringe the Intellectual Property Rights of others, Zaasna will be free to terminate the said User/s account forthwith without any notice to the user.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
ALL INFORMATION AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY THROUGH THE PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE PRACTICE. ZAASNA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES OFFERED ARE FREE OF ERRORS OR MISTAKES. ZAASNA DOES NOT WARRANT OR REPRESENT THAT DEFECTS OR LIMITATIONS IN THE SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED. NOR DOES THE ZAASNA WARRANT OR REPRESENT THAT THE SERVICES SHALL BE AVAILABLE CONTINUOUSLY. CERTAIN EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES MAY CAUSE THE SERVICES TO BE TEMPORARILY INTERRUPTED. ZAASNA SHALL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE OF ANY KIND (CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, HARDWARE, SOFTWARE OR ANY OTHER) DUE TO ACCESS, DOWNLOAD OR USAGE OF CONTENTS FROM THE PLATFORM. THE CONTENT OF THE PLATFORM COULD INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CONTENT IS FREQUENTLY UPDATED WITH REFERENCE TO IMPROVEMENTS AND CORRECTIONS WITHOUT NOTICE.

We cannot and do not control whether or not Developers will complete the sale of House(s)/Plot(s) they offer or buyers will complete the purchase of House(s)/Plot(s) they have committed to buy. In addition, note that there are risks of dealing with people acting under false pretence. We expect that you will use caution when using the Platform. You understand and agree that we do not guarantee the accuracy or legitimacy of any listing, leads, posting, information by other users. You further agree that we are not liable for any loss of money, goodwill, or reputation, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform or as a result of any sale, purchase of goods and services with other users of the Platform. You further agree to purchase any property though Zaasna after conducting your own Due Diligence, including site visits where necessary. Further, Zaasna does not undertake to guarantee your safety during site visits arranged through the Platform.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zaasna, its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim, cost, expense, judgment or other loss incurred due to violation of the terms and conditions contained in this Terms by You.

By accessing the Platform you agree that the laws prevailing in India shall be the governing laws in all matters relating to these Terms.
JURISDICTION
Courts at Bangalore, India alone shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in all matters relating to the use of these Terms, irrespective of the territory and jurisdiction of your access to the Platform.
